Frequently Asked Questions

What does it mean for light to be 'cool'?

Light colour temperature is measured in degrees Kelvin (K). Usually, ‘cool’ light sits higher on the Kelvin scale, at a range of 6000K-6500K, whereas ‘warm’ light sits at a lower range of 2700K-3500K. Cool light is easily recognisable as it looks brighter to the naked eye, and emits a more neutral, bluish tone.

How long does delivery take?

We keep single-colour LED light strips in stock and some lights are made to order.  Orders are usually dispatched on the day of ordering or the next working day. Different delivery options are available including next-day delivery if required.

Are LED strip lights energy efficient?

Yes, studies show that LEDs currently use up to 90% less electricity than conventional incandescent lighting, lasting around 25 times longer. 

What if you don’t have the length I need available?

Our 12V and 24V strips come in present lengths of 0.5m to 5m. However, we can be flexible – for bespoke lengths, please do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll work together to find a solution.

Are LED Light Strips hazardous?

LED lights are considered much safer than traditional incandescent lights. This allows you to enjoy the glowing light from your light strips throughout the day and night.
